PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical information management system and medical information management device capable of simply browsing a medical image and patient information while suppressing information leakage.SOLUTION: According to an embodiment, a medical information management system includes a related information storage unit, a determination unit, a transmission unit and a display control unit. The related information storage unit previously stores related information in which transmission rank information and patient information are respectively associated with an inspection condition or a terminal communication condition, or both of them. The determination unit determines that patient information representing transmission acceptance is transmission acceptance information, and that patient information representing conditional transmission acceptance or transmission rejection is transmission rejection information to a medical image display terminal on the basis of the related information. The transmission unit transmits a medical image, the patient information and transmission rank information of transmission rejection information to the medical image display terminal. The display control unit displays the medical image, the patient information and the transmission rank information of transmission rejection information in a display unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
