PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water closet capable of detecting that foreign matter is pinched between a trap pipe and an inner surface of a trap case.SOLUTION: In a movable trap-type water closet, one upstream-side end of a flexible trap pipe 3 is connected to an exhaust port of a bowl 1, and the other downstream-side end of the trap pipe 3 is set vertically rotatable within a trap case 2. A sensor 4 for detecting foreign matter 6 positioned between an opening edge of the other end of the trap pipe 3 and an inner surface of the trap case 2 is provided within the trap case 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
