Disclosed is an organic light-emitting device having high efficiency and long lifespan properties. The organic light-emitting device comprises: a first electrode; a second electrode facing the first electrode; and an organic layer which is interposed between the first electrode and the second electrode, and includes a light-emitting layer, wherein the organic layer comprises: a first compound represented by chemical formula 1; and a second compound represented by chemical formula 2.
