摘要 Disclosed are a system and a method to optimize modification costs for a welding strain. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the system to optimize modification costs for the welding strain comprises: a welding strain analysis part to conduct welding strain analysis with respect to an initial analysis model generated based on the design data of an object, a first reinforced analysis model generated by reinforcing the initial analysis model, and a second reinforced analysis model generated in another shape by reinforcing the initial analysis model; a deformation correcting cost calculating part to calculate an initial deformation cost, which is required for an initial deformation correcting operation to modify an amount of initial welding strain provided from the welding strain analysis part with respect to the initial analysis model, and a first deformation correcting cost, which is required for a first deformation correcting operation to modify a first welding strain amount provided from the welding strain analysis part with respect to the first reinforced analysis model; a reinforcing cost calculating part to calculate a first reinforcing cost required for a first reinforcing operation to reinforce the object in response to the reinforcement of the first reinforced analysis model, and a second reinforcing cost required for a second reinforcing operation to reinforce the object in response to the reinforcement of the second reinforced analysis model; and a control part to select a minimal cost among the initial deformation correcting cost, the combined cost of the first deformation correcting cost and the first reinforcing cost, and the second reinforcing cost if the initial welding strain amount exceeds an allowable limit, the first welding strain amount exceeding an allowable limit and the second welding strain amount provided from the welding strain analysis part with respect to the second reinforced analysis model smaller than or equal to an allowable limit.
