PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the accuracy of rush current suppression.SOLUTION: A control unit 13 switches on a switch 11 when accepting the input of an ON command. When a time from the acquisition of the ON command reaches an input delay time, the control unit 13 outputs a changeover signal to instruct to switch on a main breaker 4. A relay 6 acquires the changeover signal, switches on the main breaker 4, and outputs an external signal indicating that the main breaker 4 is in a switched-on state. The control unit 13 acquires the external signal, and releases the switch 11 when a time elapsed from the timing of the main breaker 4 becoming the switched-on state, which is indicated by the external signal, reaches a release delay time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
