PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ΔΣ modulator that can suppress occurrence of an error caused by leakage of charges in an integrator while securing a high operation frequency, thereby securing high resolution.SOLUTION: A ΔΣ modulator converts an input analog amount to a digital value by quantizing the input analog amount with a predetermined bit number, and outputs the digital value. The ΔΣ modulator has an integrator that integrates the difference between the input analog amount and an analog amount obtained by D/A-converting the output digital value with a D/A converter and comprises a capacitor, a quantizer for quantizing the analog amount obtained by the integration of the integrator, and a digital integrator for performing integration operation on the data obtained by quantization of the quantizer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
