PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film feeding device that can feed a film without causing wrinkles in the film, and to provide a film winding device and a film unwinding device including the film feeding device.SOLUTION: A film feeding device 54 comprises: three press rollers A, B, C that are provided at three positions in an area supporting a resin film 14 on an outer peripheral surface of one feed roller 56 and each can reciprocate between an abutting position abutting on the outer peripheral surface of the feed roller 56 and a separation position separating from the outer peripheral surface; and an electronic control device that drives the three press rollers A, B, C, respectively, so that while at least one of the three press rollers A, B, C is located at the abutting position, the other press rollers are located at the separation position. Wrinkles of the resin film 14 in an area where the press roller is located at the separation position are eliminated using tension of the resin film 14 while surely feeding the resin film 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
