PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of cultivating a low-phosphide vegetables.SOLUTION: The application amount of phosphorus is reduced to a small amount of the extent to which the vegetables do not cause growth failure due to the lack of nutrient components during a cultivation period, in the hydroponic cultivation of vegetables, the application amount of phosphorus is determined by the total amount calculated based on the cultivation population. Thereby, the object is achieved by the method of cultivating the vegetables that is characterized by reducing the content of phosphorus in the edible part of the vegetable.
