摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new therapy effective to prostate cancer, and marker useful for predicting effect by the therapy of castration-resistant prostate cancer.SOLUTION: A double-stranded nucleic acid molecule such as siRNA which is capable of suppressing the expression of a G3BP2 gene is fabricated, by which progress of prostate cancer is suppressed. Further, by using the expression of the G3BP2 gene as a determination marker, effect by the therapy of castration-resistant prostate cancer is predicted in advance.SELECTED DRAWING: None
