PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electro-optical device capable of suppressing a reduction in display quality due to inspection terminals even when the inspection terminals are provided along sides of a substrate, and further to provide an electronic apparatus.SOLUTION: Inspection terminals (a first inspection terminal 11 and a second inspection terminal 12) inspecting a shift register circuit of a scanning line drive circuit 104 and a shift register circuit of a data line drive circuit 101 are formed onto a first substrate 10 of an electro-optical device. The first inspection terminal 11 and the second inspection terminal 12 are individually disposed in a line along a second side and a third side 10g at positions deviated in an extension direction (Y direction) of the second side and the third side 10g from a projection range Ya obtained by projecting a display region 10a in an extension direction (X direction) of a first side 10e out of a non-display region 10c of the first substrate 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
