PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger capable of suppressing occurrence of cracking by freezing while surely and easily detecting an internal leakage of a header tank by visual inspection or by a gas detection device.SOLUTION: A partitioning member 6 for partitioning a tank internal space of a header tank 4 into a first space 41 and a second space 42 in a stacking direction of tubes 1, is disposed inside of the header tank 4, and a third space 43 defined by the partitioning member 6 and the header tank 4, and positioned between the first space 41 and the second space 42, is disposed inside of the header tank 4. Further the header tank 4 is provided with opening portions 401, 402 for communicating the third space 43 and the external of the header tank 4, and the partitioning member 6 and the opening portions 401, 402 are constituted to satisfy a relationship of L1≥L2, when a minimum clearance width of the opening portions 401, 402 in observing the opening portions 401, 402 from a front face, is L1, and a length in the stacking direction of the tube 1 in the third space 43 is L2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
