PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use services provided by a certain information processing device even in the case that a failure occurs in the information processing device.SOLUTION: A management device 10 includes storage means 11 for storing a table 13 obtained by registering device names for specifying each of a plurality of information processing devices, service names for specifying services provided by each of the plurality of information providing devices, resource states under use being states of various resources in information processing devices used to provide services, and surplus resource states being states of various resources in information processing devices unused to provide services while associated with one another. When receiving failure occurrence notification including the service name of a service that cannot be provided due to a failure of a certain resource from any of the information processing devices, the management device selects an information processing device which can provide a service specified by the service name included in the failure occurrence notification with reference to the table 13, and makes the information processing device provide the service.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
