FIELD: measuring equipment.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical measuring equipment and can be used for control and determination of metrological characteristics during production and operation of current shunts. Device for determining amplitude-frequency and phase-frequency characteristics of current shunts includes pulse current source, in which to the first output of the secondary winding of the step-up network transformer (NT) half-wave rectifier is connected to which through resistor charging current limiter is connected to energy accumulator connected to the second output of the secondary winding of the step-up NT. First electrode of a switch is connected to the resistor charging rate limiter. Primary winding of the step-up NT is connected to AC voltage source. Via contact terminals test current shunt is connected to the second electrode of the switch and the second output of the secondary winding of the step-up NT. Reference current transformer is arranged between tested current shunt and contact terminals. Signal registration and processing unit comprises first and second ADC, first and second units of fast Fourier transform (FFTU), functional transformation unit, a computing device, display, which are connected to common digital data bus. First ADC is connected to potential output of the test current shunt and to the first FFTU. Second ADC is connected to the output of reference current transformer and to the second FFTU is connected with functional conversion unit. Signal registration and processing unit additionally comprises a unit for generating triangular pulse and comparison of spectra, which are connected to common digital data bus. Triangular pulse generating unit is connected to inputs of the first and second ADC, and a comparator unit spectra is connected to outputs of the first and second FFTU.EFFECT: reduced effect of distortion of spectrum converted signals on the amplitude-frequency and phase characteristics of the tested shunt and reduced error in numerical modification spectra at frequencies corresponding to high harmonics spectra.1 cl, 2 dwg |
