The output shaft gear is disposed on the output shaft lever. The motor drives the combined gear to rotate. When the clutch handle is in an initial position, the combined gear is engaged with the output shaft gear, and the combined gear drives the output shaft gear to rotate, so that the output shaft lever is driven to rotate to push an electric wheelchair to move forward or backward.
