[Problem] To provide a non-welded joint for piles having high flexural strength and high shear capacity and also having a transmission mechanism for rotational torque. [Solution] Two piles are joined such that a shear ring (31) is interposed in shear ring inserting portions (30) formed on the end fittings (12) of both piles, and the moment of rotation is transmitted by the meshing of the recesses and protrusions. Arc-shaped plates (15) which are fitted on the outer circumference of the end fittings (12) in a bridging manner to fasten the piles are used. A tapered dovetail groove (22) with a dovetail groove-shaped horizontal cross section is provided on an arc-shaped plate connecting fitting (21) for connecting arc-shaped plates together. Arc-shaped plate connecting projections (20) are provided on the outer surfaces of the end parts of each arc-shaped plate, said projections (20) having tapered dovetail shapes which fit into the tapered dovetail groove (22). Adjacent arc-shaped plates (15) are connected by insertion of their respective arc-shaped plate connecting projections (20,20) into a tapered dovetail groove (22),and the end parts of the arc-shaped plate connecting fitting (21) thereof are screw-fastened to the adjacent arc-shaped plates (15). |
