The present invention relates to a partial discharge measuring signal processing method. Disclosed is the partial discharge measuring signal processing method to improve operation performance of a partial discharge diagnostic device by improving data communication speed and data storage efficiency for processing a partial discharge measuring signal when a power apparatus is diagnosed. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the technical essential point comprises: a step of measuring a partial discharge waveform having a measuring value at each sampling time to diagnose the power apparatus; a step of calculating an average value regarding sizes of a measurement value at each sampling time included in a predetermined sampling section; a step of obtaining the partial discharge waveform wherein a noise is removed by removing the measurement value which is below the average value in the sampling section; a step of obtaining a final waveform by calculating a movement average value in the sampling section regarding the partial discharge waveform; and a step of extracting a peak value depending on a performed result by performing peak detection regarding the final waveform.
