Disclosed is a use of a CD19xCD3 bispecific antibody for the manufacture of a medicament for the treatment of tumorous mass of lymph node tissue and/or extranodal lymphoma caused by diffuse large B cell lymphoma (DLBCL) in a patient who is refractory to chemotherapy treatment or experimental chemotherapy and/or in relapse after treatment with chemotherapy or experimental chemotherapy treatments.
