Disclosed is a plastic sheet placed under writing paper that is provided with a groove. The plastic sheet placed under writing paper according to the present invention includes: a plate; a groove that is formed for cutting means to be placed in an upper surface of the plate; and a first scale portion that is formed to be perpendicular to the groove on the upper surface of the plate. With the present invention, a user can cut paper straightly and for a desired length even without a ruler. |
