FIELD: mining.SUBSTANCE: mine elevator mainly consists of explosion-proof drive (1), protection system (2) cabin (4), system of flexible guides (3), counterweight (5). Protection system (2) basically contains clamp (2-1) of rope (2-3), speed limiter (2-2), two hydraulic shock-absorbers (2-4, 2-7), safety clamp (2-9), safety rope (2-12) and damper (2-13). System (3) of flexible guides comprises a group of steel rope guides (3-2). Cabin and counterweight are connected to guide bushings (3-3) of said guides, on top platform (A) there are tensioning devices (3-1) of flexible guides for fixation of their upper ends, and on lower platform there are connectors (3-4) of their lower ends located on lower platform (B).EFFECT: elevator has a compact structure, reliable braking, low cost and high efficiency of movement, so that it is convenient for operation of elevator shaft.3 cl, 4 dwg |
