Said system comprises inlet pipe 58 and extensible injector nozzle 14. Nozzle 14 is located inside inlet pipe 58 and is adapted to slide therein. Extensible injector nozzle 14 includes one or more holes, each of which includes a detachable insert, as well as one or more grooves.
