FIELD: packaging industry.SUBSTANCE: package comprises the chamber in which a beverage or food product is prepared by adding water to a composition for preparing the beverage or food product, an inlet opening for adding water to the chamber and an outlet opening for discharging the prepared product. The composition for preparing a beverage or food product comprises one or more ingredients of the beverage or food product and means promoting preparing, which comprises a plurality of bodies formed from a substantially insoluble and impermeable material. The bodies are characterised by a diameter ranging from 0.1 mm to 200 mm, preferably in the range from 1 mm to 20 mm or in the range from 100 to 200 mm.EFFECT: invention enables to optimise the preparation of beverages and food products due to increasing extraction, increasing foam or froth, to improve the dissolution of the ingredients and separation of solids.16 cl, 5 dwg, 2 tbl |
