The purpose of the present invention is to provide a method to provide an emergency alert, computer program using the same, and a recording medium thereof to generate the emergency alert when a predetermined emergency situation is determined by determining whether a user voice inputted by a voice input means includes a predetermined word or whether a corresponding word is recognized in accordance with a predetermined rule. The present invention relates to a method to provide an emergency alert using voice recognition, a computer program therefor, and recording medium thereof. According to an aspect of the present invention, a method, executed in a system to provide an emergency alert to receive a user voice through a voice input means, to provide an emergency alert comprises the steps of: 1) converting a user voice inputted by a voice input means into a voice signal; 2) determining whether the voice signal includes a predetermined command; 3) recognizing a corresponding command as a first input command when the predetermined command is included in the voice signal; 4) executing an emergency alert operation predetermined for the first input command; 5) recognizing a corresponding command as a second input command when the predetermined command is included in a user voice inputted within a predetermined time from an input time of the first input command and when the command is determined as a command associated with the first input command in a result associated with more executing the 1) step to 2) step; and 6) executing the predetermined emergency alert operation for a combination of the first input command and the second input command.
