PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a suggestion of schedule changes which has no influence on vehicles other than vehicles as schedule change objects and includes changes of transit points.SOLUTION: A schedule management device 101 comprises a schedule change factor detection unit 204 which detects hindrance factors hindering the operation of a vehicle traveling on a travel route, and a schedule change planning unit 205 which specifies vehicles as schedule change objects for which schedule changes including transit point changes are required, in accordance with the detected hindrance factors and determines transit points to be changed to of the vehicles as schedule change objects and arrival time at these transit points on the basis of past record information relating to traveling of the vehicles as schedule change objects, schedule information relating to traveling of the other vehicles scheduled to pass the transit points to be changed to of the vehicles as schedule change objects, and preliminarily stored constraint conditions based on traveling of the other vehicles and makes a schedule change plan for the vehicles as schedule change objects, which includes the determined transit points to be changed to and arrival times at these transit points.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
