PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum heat insulation material having improved heat insulation performance, in which there is no positional deviation of a stored inner bag material or core material in a process of decompressing an outer packaging material, and provide a manufacturing method thereof and equipment including the vacuum heat insulation material.SOLUTION: A vacuum heat insulation material 1 includes a core material 110, an inner bag 120 storing the core material 110, and an outer packaging material storing the inner bag 120.
