Disclosed are a combined lighting apparatus and method based on image quality control. The method comprises: a lighting module, used to work in a lighting mode to provide lighting for an area to be lit to form a lighting area, wherein in any two lighting modes of multiple lighting modes, the lighting directions and/or lighting brightness of the lighting module is different; an image collection module, used to perform photographing separately on lighting areas formed by the lighting module in the multiple lighting modes to collect multiple lighting area images; and a control module, used to determine, according to image quality evaluation parameters of the multiple lighting area images collected by the image collection module and a pre-established association relationship between an image quality evaluation parameter of an experiment image and a lighting effect grade of the experiment image, an optimal lighting mode of the lighting module, to enable the lighting module to work in the optimal lighting mode, wherein in the optimal lighting mode, a lighting effect grade of an lighting area image is optimal. In the present invention, control of optimal lighting is implemented by means of the foregoing technical solution. |
