PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a CCD imaging sensor capable of adjusting "a knee characteristic" in an input/output characteristic of the CCD imaging sensor.SOLUTION: A CCD imaging sensor comprises: a plurality of transfer electrodes that performs a time delay integration to a signal charge accumulated in a pixel, and vertically transmits; a horizontal transfer part that horizontally transmits the signal charge to be performed the time delay integration; a plurality of selection lines that is connected to each transfer electrode; a first line selection circuit that connects a plurality of first vertical transfer clock to one selection line corresponding to a predetermined selection line of the plurality of selection lines; and a plurality of unit cell circuits. The CCD imaging sensor further comprises a first vertical shift register circuit that is a plurality of first selection signals, and holds the plurality of selection signal showing a connection state of the first vertical transfer clock in the first line selection circuit to the corresponding unit cell circuit. The connection state of the first vertical transfer clock in the first line selection circuit is in the connection state whether or not a saturation charge amount of the pixel is selectivity changed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
