PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately determine a delivery time of consumables to an installation place of an image forming apparatus.SOLUTION: A communication unit 21 acquires, from an image forming apparatus 3, a value indicating the toner consumption degree and a value indicating operation conditions of the image forming apparatus 3. An estimated consumption specification unit 22 specifies an estimated current toner consumption amount on the basis of the value indicating the toner consumption degree and the value indicating the operation conditions acquired from the image forming apparatus 3. A prediction unit 23 calculates an estimated toner replacement date on the basis of the estimated toner consumption mount. As a toner arrival date corresponding to the estimated toner replacement date, a delivery instruction unit 24 sets a date by dating back so that the number of NG toners is the same as the number of NG toners in a conventional system. As a toner delivery date, the delivery instruction unit 24 sets a date by dating back by the number of toner delivery days from the toner arrival date, to issue a toner delivery instruction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
