PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic transaction device that can quickly perform maintenance work.SOLUTION: An automatic transaction device includes a display part for customers that displays a transaction screen for a customer, a card reading part that reads card information recorded in a card, and determination means for determining whether or not the card information read by the card reading part is about a person in charge of maintenance. When the determination means has determined that the card information is about the person in charge of maintenance, the automatic transaction device displays, on the display part for customers, whether or not the lock of a front panel is required to be released in a selective way.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
