摘要 The present invention relates to rice cake for tteobokki and a method for making the same and, more specifically, to a rice cake composition for tteobokki containing tapioca starch, salt, and purified water, to rice cake for tteobokki made from the composition, and to a method for making rice cake for tteobokki. The rice cake for tteobokki of the present invention is hardly aged during storage, and can be stored for a long period of time. Furthermore, even though the rice cake for tteobokki of the present invention is used after the freezing storage for a long period of time, the taste, flavor, texture, and the like of the rice cake are much less changed, and thus the rice cake for tteobokki of the present invention can be used in various products, such as tteobokki, cake, bread, rice cake, shaved ice, drink, and the like.
