PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic driving assistance system, an automatic driving assistance method, and a computer program, which enable a vehicle to travel further appropriately under automatic drive control.SOLUTION: An automatic driving assistance system is configured to respond to a situation where a vehicle is being manually driven in an automatic driving section, in which use of automatic drive control of the vehicle is permitted, and where there is an unpermitted section, in which the automatic drive control cannot be used, ahead of the vehicle by acquiring a reason obstructing the use of the automatic drive control in the unpermitted section, determine whether or not the obstruction is avoidable through driving manipulation by a driver, and, if the obstruction is determined to be avoidable through driving manipulation by the driver, guide driving manipulation required for avoiding the obstruction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 |
