To solve a mentioned problem, an organic light emitting display device according to the present invention includes a passivation layer located on an organic light emitting diode, a plurality of bonding layers located on the passivation layer, a metallic thin film located between adjacent bonding layers among the bonding layers, and an encapsulating substrate located on the bonding layer. Here, the metallic thin film has a lattice structure for absorbing hydrogen (H_2), thereby preventing threshold voltage shift of a transistor. Therefore, a brightness deviation can be reduced. |
