摘要

A thin black-coated steel sheet having good bending workability and good appearance after pressing.  The steel sheet has a zinc plating layer, a chemical conversion coating film formed on the plating layer and containing no chromium, and a colored single organic coating film formed on the chemical conversion coating film and containing a polyester resin having a hydroxyl number of not less than 10 KOHmg/g, an imino group-containing melamine resin and 5-15% by mass of carbon black.  The organic coating film is formed so as to have a glass transition temperature (Tg) of not less than 40˚C, a thickness of not more than 10 μm and a hardness of not less than 200 N/mm2.
