PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curing method for cement concrete that does not require a large-scale facility, allows prompt curing work, is highly effective in suppressing dry shrinkage resulting from water evaporation, allows a dense cement concrete hardened body to be produced, and suppresses dry shrinkage even under a low-temperature environment by adding a heat insulation effect, thereby constructing a high-quality cement concrete structure with which high strength is developed.SOLUTION: A curing method for cement concrete is for curing a coated cement concrete hardened body made in the following steps: casting cement concrete in a concrete mold; curing the cement concrete and removing the mold; coating a surface of the cement concrete hardened body with a foam polyurethane resin of an expansion ratio between 1.2 to 8 at 150 to 1,500 g/m, the foam polyurethane resin being made of diene-based polyol, a foaming agent, solution A containing catalyst, and solution B containing diisocyanate, thus forming a foamed hardened coat on the surface of the cement concrete hardened body. Furthermore, the foamed hardened coat is removed when the curing process is completed.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
