PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bathroom storage shelf which does not need to separately dispose a handrail and a bathroom having the bathroom storage shelf.SOLUTION: A bathroom storage shelf 14 includes: a shelf part 5 for placing articles; a front plate part 3 which suppresses a fall of the articles placed on the shelf part 5 and receives the downward load made by a user. The upper end part of a surface in the side of a wall surface 13a of the front plate part 3 is installed with a hook part 31 which prevents the hand grabbing the upper end part from slipping off upward.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
