PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anode enabling reduction in lowering of quality of emitted X-ray caused by an X-ray emission operation history.SOLUTION: A target layer 22 is formed inside of a circumference of a support substrate 21. An end part 48b of an extension part 48a of a joint material 48 protruding to a support face of the support substrate 21 is covered with a conductive member 47 having a melting point higher than the joint material 48. By electrically connecting a conductive member 47 with the target layer 22, the joint material 48 is electrically connected to the target layer 22.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
