摘要 The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a denox catalyst for selective catalytic reduction and a denox catalyst, the denox catalyst being capable of efficiently decomposing and removing nitrogen oxides contained in exhaust gas at a low operating temperature. According to the present invention, the denox catalyst for selective catalytic reduction allows an operation in a broad range of temperatures due to high efficiency in removal of nitrogen oxides contained in exhaust gas both at a low temperature of 200°C and at a high temperature of 300°C, and particularly; and prevents deterioration in catalytic activity and life-shortening attributable to operation in a high temperature due to a good removal effect in a low temperature in addition to cost saving induced by saving energy. Furthermore, since not only nitrogen oxides but also sulfur oxides can be removed, poisoning of the catalyst by sulfur is prevented, which makes it possible to maintain high catalytic activity during operation. The method in the present invention comprises the steps of: preparing an aqueous solution having a pH of 1-4 by dissolving 5-10 parts by weight of ammonium metavanadate and 10-15 parts by weight of oxalic acid in 100 parts by weight of water and adding 5-10 parts by weight of monoethanolamine; preparing an acetic acid solution by dissolving 7-13 parts by weight of antimony acetate in 100 parts by weight of acetic acid; preparing mixed powder by mixing 5-10 parts by weight of ammonium metatungstate and 150-200 parts by weight of titanium dioxide in 100 parts by weight of water, removing water by heating, performing calcination at 380-420°C for 3-7 hours, and performing pulverization; manufacturing a mixture by mixing 30-40 parts by weight of the acetic acid solution and 140-160 parts by weight of the mixed powder in 100 parts by weight of the aqueous solution; and manufacturing a denox catalyst by heating the mixture to remove the water and the acetic acid and performing calcination of the mixture at 380-420°C for 3-7 hours.
