<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recognize a state of a network with accuracy even for a virtual network in which such an operation that a control function of a network narrows down available resources is performed. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided a network state estimation device that estimates a state of one or more virtual networks constructed by dividing a band of a physical network into a plurality of portions. The network state estimation device has: bearer characteristic measurement means; quality-of-service measurement means; measurement information acquisition means acquiring measurement information from a node device; and means of deriving the measurement information having a similar tendency among the measured measurement information of the bearer characteristic measurement means and the quality-of-service measurement means and the acquired measurement information for each packet to group the derived measurement information, determining that communication is performed while packets in the same group utilize the same virtual network, and outputting an estimation value of a network state for each virtual network. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
