摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power storage device which is prevented from being co-rotated, without reducing power storage capacity per unit volume, and a manufacturing method thereof.SOLUTION: In a secondary battery 10, a proximal end portion 24 of an electrode terminal 22 being present inside of a case 11 has a flat surface 24a in parallel with an axial line Z1 of the electrode terminal 22 on a side peripheral surface. Therefore, a jig 40 can be abutted to the flat surface 24a and since the jig 40 is thus abutted, the electrode terminal 22 can be prevented from being rotated. Therefore, when threading a fixing nut 26 to a protruding end portion 23 of the electrode terminal 22 protruding from a lid part 12 to the outside of the case, by abutting the jig 40 to the flat surface 24a of the proximal end portion 24, the electrode terminal 22 is effectively prevented from being co-rotated. In such a case, since the proximal end portion 24 to which the jig 40 is abutted is present inside of the case 11, an outline dimension of the secondary battery 10 is not affected by a length of the proximal end portion 24, and power storage capacity per unit volume is prevented from being reduced.
