ORGANIC LIGHT EMITTING DIODE DISPLAY DEVICE AND METHOD OF FABRICATING THE SAME

The present invention provides an organic light emitting diode display device. The organic light emitting diode display device includes a substrate; a thin film transistor in the upper part of the substrate; a first electrode connected to a drain electrode of the thin film transistor; a bank layer which covers the edge of the first electrode, and has a transmission hole corresponding to the first electrode; a light emitting layer located in the upper part of the first electrode in the transmission hole; a second electrode in the upper part of the light emitting layer; an auxiliary electrode which is located in the upper part of the bank layer, and touches the second electrode; and a capping layer which is located in the upper part of the second electrode except the auxiliary electrode. So, the organic light emitting diode display device with large size, high resolution, and uniform brightness can be provided.
