The present invention relates to an organic electroluminescence display device. Especially, the present invention relates to an organic light emitting diode display device which corrects in real time the deterioration of a driving transistor in an external correction method, and a driving method thereof. According to the embodiment of the present invention, the gate-source voltage of the driving transistor is maintained with a constant state. A constant current sensing method for sensing a current flowing through it is applied. Thereby, the sensing time in the organic electroluminescence display device of an external correction method is rapidly reduced so that real-time correction can be implemented.
