A vehicle and a control method thereof are disclosed. According to as aspect of the present invention, when a user operates a user interface of a specific function to execute the specific function of a vehicle, the vehicle is controlled to be further safely driven by reflecting the magnitude of an operation load of the function. The vehicle according to the present invention comprises: a storage unit which stores magnitude information of the operation load of the user interface for using functions of the vehicle; a driving auxiliary device which is provided to assist driving by intervening in the driving of the vehicle; and a control unit which performs, when an operation of the user interface for using at least one function of the functions of the vehicle is performed, a safe driving control corresponding to the magnitude of the operation load of the function. |
