<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mail management device and method capable of appropriately managing an e-mail including confidential information. <P>SOLUTION: In the mail management device and method, a text and attachment files of a received e-mail are stored as mail objects having reference information, in a confidential information storage server with storage period limitation, and a mail in which link information of their storage destination is embedded is stored on a mail server, whereby the mail including confidential information can be easily managed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
