PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect whether a monitor object person is a normal state or an abnormal state correctly even in a toilet with less motion, and to protect human right and privacy of the monitor object person.SOLUTION: The toilet monitor device comprises: an LED 2; a camera 3 such as CCD for capturing an image of inside of a toilet; a human sensor 4 having a timer 6 and distance measurement means 7; and a toilet monitor execution part 5 for determining whether the monitor object person is a normal state or an abnormal state based on the captured image captured by the camera 3 and a detection state by the human sensor 4, and when it is the abnormal state, a predetermined warning is performed. The captured image of a user in a toilet is processed, and based on difference of the processed image and distance to the user, and time when the user entered the toilet, the abnormal state of the user is detected. |
