The present invention provides sphincter exercise equipment, a point utilizing system using the same, and a point utilizing method using the same, wherein the sphincter exercise equipment has a pressing member that is installed between a pair of vertically disposed handle parts to be able to tilt. According to the present invention, while fixing the position of a hand, an exerciser pushes the pressing member using his or her lower abdomen to move the pressing member in the front-rear direction, thereby naturally taking an effect of tightening the sphincter, and thus the exerciser can perform sphincter exercise easily and conveniently with less effort and, at the time of exercise, burden on the body can be minimized. |
