Disclosed are a composition for shrinking pores, containing a polyphenol compound as an active ingredient, a cosmetic composition, and a pharmaceutical composition. According to one aspect of the present invention, the composition for shrinking pores is capable of shrinking pores by inhibiting the release of neurotransmitters. In addition, the composition for shrinking pores is safe by using natural ingredients which have no toxicity, and has reduced side effects to the skin and reduced skin irritation.
