The present invention relates to a system and a method for transmitting a voice-based video message, and more specifically, to a system and a method for allowing a transmitting party to create and transmit a voice-based video message and allowing a receiving party to receive and immediately play the video message. In the system for transmitting a voice-based video message according to an embodiment of the present invention, a plurality of smart phones in which a voice-based video message application is installed is connected to each other through a mobile communication network. In a transmitting party smart phone among the smart phones, the voice-based video message application is executed by a user input to output a video message transmitting window including various menu buttons on a display. An internal configuration is controlled by a touch input of the menu buttons to create and transmit the video message. In a receiving party smart phone among the smart phones, the voice-based video message application is automatically executed when the video message is received so that a video message receiving window including various menu buttons is output on a display, an internal configuration is controlled by a touch input of the menu buttons to receive and play the video message, and if necessary, a reply video message is created and transmitted. |
