FIELD: construction.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of construction materials, crude mixtures for producing gypsum binder and articles based thereon, which can be used for producing structural materials for low-and average grade wall and small blocks, partitioning slabs and webs. Crude mixture for producing gypsum binder and articles based on it includes following component ratio, weight parts: phosphogypsum 0.46-0.54, unslaked lime 0.04-0.12, ground quartz sand 0.19-0.23, water (c/t = 0,-0.4, t = 80-90 °C) is rest, which is stirred for 45-50 minutes at mixture temperature of 60-65 °C.EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of strength of material, cheaper technology, improvement of quality.1 cl, 1 tbl |
