The present invention relates to a guide device for boring mandibula. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a guide device for boring mandibular which is capable of easily setting a position and an angle of boring mandibula. A guide device for boring mandibula according to the present invention includes: a guide part which has a hole having an inner diameter that is not less than the diameter of a drill for boring a region of mandibula, and fixes a boring position of the drill; and a periosteum supporting part which is formed such that a side portion of a region at which the guide part is in contact with the mandibula partially protrudes, and which is inserted between the mandibula and a periosteum on the top surface of the mandibula.
