The present invention relates to a large and/or transparent organic light emitting diode display device. According to the present invention, the light emitting diode display device includes: a shielding layer and a sub cathode electrode which are placed on a substrate; a thin film transistor; a flattening film; an anode electrode; a connection terminal; a bank; an organic light emitting layer; and a cathode electrode. The thin film transistor is placed on the shielding layer. The flattening film covers the thin film transistor and the sub cathode. The anode electrode is connected with the thin film transistor on the flattening film. The connection terminal is connected with the sub cathode. The bank exposes the central surface of the anode electrode and the whole connection terminal. The organic light emitting layer is laminated on the central surface of the anode electrode and the upper surface of the connection terminal, and exposes an etched side wall of the connection terminal. The cathode electrode is laminated on the organic light emitting layer, and touches the etched side wall of the connection terminal.
