According to an embodiment of the present invention, a liquid crystal display device comprises: a liquid crystal panel including a first polarization plate, a second polarization plate, a gate line, a data line, a thin film transistor, a pixel electrode, a first light blocking member, a second light blocking member, a liquid crystal layer, and a common electrode; a color conversion panel which is arranged on an upper portion of the liquid crystal panel and includes a third light blocking member and a color conversion medium layer; and a backlight assembly for supplying light to the liquid crystal panel and the color conversion panel. The first light blocking member overlaps the data line. The second light blocking member overlaps the first light blocking member. The third light blocking member overlaps the second light blocking member. Therefore, color reproducibility is increased in the liquid crystal display device using a color conversion medium.
